Director of Human Resources
Tracy Seaman joined EFC as Director Human Resources in September 2019. Tracy brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience and 14 years of management experience in public and private companies.
In 1995, Tracy started her Human Resources career with Dresser Oilfield Operations. Tracy joined Ruffneck Heaters in 2000 as the Human Resources Manager and in 2001, was promoted to the Director of Human Resources for Ruffneck’s parent company, Pinnacle Private Capital. In February 2005, Tracy started her own Human Resources Consulting company, providing HR services to operating companies of varying sizes in different businesses and industries, including health care, biotech, manufacturing, non-profit, and oil & gas sales and service.
Tracy’s core competencies include organizational development, change management, talent acquisition, policy development, management coaching, learning and development, performance management, employment standards and legislative compliance, employee relations, payroll and benefits, and disability management. Tracy has facilitated workforce planning, corporate restructuring and due diligence.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan and the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation. She has worked with public company Board of Directors and currently sits on the board of the Airdrie Food Bank.
