DEAM or Disability Employment Awareness Month is promoted every October across Canada. DEAM’s purpose is to promote employee inclusion for people with disabilities. DEAM wants to celebrate all people and raise awareness of the issue’s disability employees face. DEAM’s goal is to make a disability-friendly workforce across the nation.
